Buying a Sur-Ron

Sur-Ron questions

How much does a Sur-Ron cost?
Our Sur-Ron range runs from $3,000 for the Sur-Ron Hyper Bee to $7,500 for the Sur-Ron Storm Bee. Those are firm US retail prices, benchmarked against live US dealer listings — not indicative figures. Freight is quoted separately against your address.
Which Sur-Ron is fastest?
The Sur-Ron Storm Bee, at 68 mph from 22.5 kW peak. It also goes furthest, at up to 75 miles. Top speed is rarely the number that decides a purchase — seat height and weight usually matter more.
Which Sur-Ron should I buy as a beginner?
Start from seat height and weight rather than power. Of the adult machines, the Sur-Ron Light Bee X NA 2026 has the lowest seat at 32.68 in, and the Sur-Ron Light Bee X is the lightest at 126 lb. If you are buying for a child, the junior range is sized separately by rider height and inseam. Tell us your height, weight and terrain and we will recommend honestly, including when that is the cheaper machine.
Are Sur-Ron bikes street legal?
No. These are high-powered electric off-road motorcycles and are not street legal in most US jurisdictions in stock form. They are intended for private land and designated OHV riding areas. California SB 586 created an "eMoto" classification effective 1 January 2026 — it classifies these machines, it does not make them street legal.
Are you an authorized Sur-Ron dealer?
Yes. We hold 6 Sur-Ron models in stock in San Jose, California and ship to all 50 states. That means genuine warranty coverage, correct MSO and VIN paperwork, and real parts supply — none of which the exact-match-domain storefronts filling these search results can provide.
Is it spelled Sur-Ron or Surron?
Both are in common use. The manufacturer styles it Sur-Ron with a hyphen, and that is what we use in headings and on paperwork, but most riders and a good many retailers write Surron as one word — and you will also see "Sur Ron" spaced. They all refer to the same machines. If you searched for a Surron and landed here, you are in the right place.
Where can I buy Sur-Ron parts?
We stock genuine Sur-Ron parts and consumables, organised by system with fitment recorded per model rather than guessed. Check fitment against your exact machine before ordering — it matters more on some models than others.
