Reporting a safety concern
If you believe there is a safety defect with your machine, stop riding it and contact us. A problem does not need to be the subject of a recall for us to want to hear about it — recalls usually begin as a handful of owner reports.

Tell us the model, the frame or model code, roughly when you bought it, and what happened. Photographs help. If the concern involves the battery or charger, do not charge the machine again until you have spoken to us.
