Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 August 2026.

Intended use

Every vehicle sold by eMoto Bykes is a high-powered electric off-road motorcycle. It is not a bicycle, and it is not street legal in most US jurisdictions in stock form.

By purchasing you acknowledge that:

  • The vehicle is intended for private land and designated OHV areas.
  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state and federal law, including registration and helmet requirements.
  • You are responsible for wearing appropriate protective equipment.
  • Riding carries inherent risk of serious injury or death.

Rider responsibility

You are responsible for assessing whether a machine is appropriate to the rider’s size, experience and judgement. Where a vehicle is purchased for a minor, an adult purchaser accepts responsibility for supervision and for ensuring the vehicle is suitable.

Warranty

Vehicles carry the manufacturer’s warranty as supplied. Warranty does not cover wear items, damage from competition use, damage from improper maintenance, or damage arising from modification.

Aftermarket controllers, derestriction and drivetrain modification will generally void factory drivetrain warranty coverage. We will tell you this before you buy such a part.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We import in containers; stated lead times are our honest estimate and not a contractual guarantee.

Shipping

See our Delivery & Logistics page. International orders ship DDU/DAP — the buyer is responsible for destination duties, taxes, clearance and any local homologation requirement.

No consumer finance

eMoto Bykes does not offer, arrange or broker consumer finance, installment plans, lease-to-own or any deferred payment product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eMoto Bykes’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
