Returns & Refunds

Last updated: 9 August 2026.

Inspect on delivery

Inspect your bike before signing. If there is visible freight damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and photograph it before the driver leaves. This single step makes a damage claim straightforward instead of difficult.

Parts

Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the part was incorrect or faulty.

Electrical parts that have been installed cannot be returned.

Complete bikes

Because a complete bike ships as Class 9 dangerous goods, returns are necessarily more constrained than for ordinary retail goods.

  • Unridden bikes in original crating may be returned within 14 days, less return freight and a restocking fee.
  • A bike that has been ridden cannot be returned except under warranty.
  • Return freight must be arranged through a carrier approved for lithium batteries. We will help you arrange it.

Faulty goods

If something arrives faulty, contact us immediately. We will repair, replace or refund in line with the manufacturer’s warranty and California consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Batteries

Batteries can only be returned if unused and undamaged, and must ship by an approved carrier. Damaged or swollen packs cannot be returned by post under any circumstances — contact us and we will advise on safe disposal.
