For 30 days after the delivery date, we can replace any part that is deemed defective by manufacturing.
The power system (motor, controller, display, and battery) has a 12 month limited warranty. Chassis, swing arm, and other non-wear parts have a 12-month warranty.
Provide Documentation: You will be required to provide proof of purchase and any other documentation that may be requested to validate the warranty claim.
Exclusions: We do have exclusions for normal wear components (such as tires, bearings, seals, chains, brake components, and suspension valving), as well as misuse or failure caused by damages due to accidents, collisions, or neglect. You are responsible for making sure every component is properly installed and serviced upon receiving your product. There is no reimbursement for repair costs, assembly fees for replacement parts, or any other costs associated with repairs. All costs associated with the assembly are also covered by the customer.
Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 65% of its original capacity within the warranty period.
Misuse also includes altering any wiring, or installing any non-genuine parts, as well as any use for racing, crashing, accidents, or negligence. Any misuse in charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are non-transferable, and you must have proof of purchase from us before asking for a warranty replacement.

The latest powertrain technology from Surron powers this mid-sized powerhouse. In order to assist you in overcoming obstacles on your trip, the recently designed platform incorporates Surron’s advanced off-road traction control system (SRTC), provides smooth power output, and offers precise, lightweight handling.
- On the trails, a revised, race-inspired braking system will provide you with more stopping power, while the redesigned front suspension and special TR rear suspension will encourage you to ride more confidently and go faster and farther.

- High-grade permanent magnets in Sur Rons high temperature motor can tolerate temperatures of up to 180°. For better stopping power, this motor has an electronic brake feature. For a smooth and nimble riding experience, this electric dirt bike also has a FOC vector controller built into the motor. It has a multi-curve compounding algorithm that learns your driving behaviours and adjusts motor speed, torque, turning speed, and current intensity accordingly.

Carry Power With You
The Ultra Bee’s new 4,070Wh battery pack brings high power density and battery cycle life while achieving an even lower battery discharge temperature rate. This new design improves reliability and continuous discharge capability. A total weight of 45 lbs (20.5 kg) was achieved using an industry-leading power density of 200 Wh/kg.
A hidden space under the seat is designed specifically for the Ultra Bee’s charger. You can now carry your charger on your bike, giving you the ability to stop and charge anywhere you find an outlet.
New Innovative Powertrain
The Surron 4th generation powertrain was designed uniquely for Ultra Bee. Because of its unique, fully separated electrical architecture, potential interference between circuit components operating at different voltages can be avoided. With its 12.5KW/440Nm torque engine and 74V55AH battery pack, the Ultra Bee is a lightning-fast track or trail weapon that lets you push your boundaries to the very limit. Four riding modes are available on our new switches: ECO, DAILY, SPORT, and Reverse. They are all ergonomically designed to be simple to use, even when you're racing through a small space and don't want to take your eyes off the road. You can ride with more confidence thanks to the enhanced Reverse Mode and never worry about getting trapped in the path again.
Adjustable Suspension System
Equipped with a recently developed suspension system with 240mm of travel, this system offers a broad range of adjustment for optimal safety and comfort when riding on both streets and dirt roads. In the case of a fall, there is increased protection from damage thanks to the distinctive chassis design and steering bump stops.

I have been super impressed by my Surron Ultra Bee since I have received it. The bike is super capable and has a ton of low end torque. Really an awesome machine. I have also been super impressed by eMotobykes costumer service. Within the first two weeks of having the bike the power converter for one of the two chargers started malfunctioning. I reached out to Jake and the company sent me out a new one immediately no questions asked. They really stand behind their products and that’s super important to me when dealing with E-Commerce. The only real hiccup in the whole process of getting the knew bike had been some shipping delays which were outside of emotobykes control, and while it was annoying to have to wait an extra week for the bike to come in it was absolutely worth the wait. The company was also super transparent about what was going on in transit and kept me updated throughout the entire delivery process. Overall definitely a 5 star experience worth every penny. I have put about 200 miles on the bike in the first week of having it. I put on new higher handle bars, lifted them, changed the handgaurds, put on a speaker and fork savers. Otherwise bike is still bone stock. Two pieces of advice for anyone who decides to pull the trigger and get one, make sure you spray the chain when you get it out of the box it comes dry and if you are over about 110 pounds make sure you set your sag. The difference in suspension performance since I have tightened everything on the suspension up with the clickers has been unbelievable, makes the bike 10x more capable.
