Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Most orders will be processed the same business day in order they are received, after which they will be shipped to the recipient.  Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next Monday.

2. Free Shipping

Customers in the US and Canada (except from Alaska and Hawaii) who spend more than $199 before taxes are eligible for free shipping. Please be aware that there can be an additional shipping fee for certain items that are out of size.

Free delivery does not apply to dealers or freight items.

3. Product Stock Status

The following part availability statuses are displayed when you browse ebikezilla.com for parts. What they mean is as follows:.

  • In stock: The item is available for shipment and is in stock.
  • Within ”X” business days: Although we don’t currently have the item in stock, we can get it in ”X” days. Your part will be dispatched straight to you with the remainder of your order as soon as we receive it from our suppliers.
  • Special Order: We will place a special order for you; please get in touch with us to find out when you may expect to receive the part.
  • Out of Stock: The item is out of stock, and there is no indication when it will be restocked.
  • Pre-Order: We will place a special order for you; please get in touch with us to find out when you may expect to receive it.

Note: If you place an order with items that have different stock statuses, for example, one item is in stock and the other is available in 4-10 business days. All the items in your order will be shipped at once on the day that all the missing parts are received. If you wish to have a split shipment, a fee will be charged for the second shipment. Please contact us if you need to have a split shipment.

4. Tracking Number

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. You will then be able to track your packages all the way from our warehouse to your door !
