Return Window

Customers may request a return within 28 days of receiving their order. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return or may incur additional charges.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item arrives at our facility, it undergoes a quality inspection. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Funds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 28-day return period. If you wish to exchange for a different model, color, or accessory, our team will assist you in confirming availability. Exchange orders will be processed after the original item is received and inspected.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling. The fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Batteries showing signs of use or tampering

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
