Refund and Return Policy
Ensuring your total satisfaction is our aim. Our website, emotobykes.com, offers a 15-day customer satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. Subject to the following terms, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item to Actione-Marine if, for any reason, you’re unhappy with it. Within two business days of the merchandise’s reception, claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted.
Conditions
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, emotobykes.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
Product Condition
The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging, which should include any manufacturer-supplied items or accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, and the UPC code. The goods may not be credited, or there may be restoration fees if it is returned damaged or unfinished.
Non-refundable Products
We are sorry that we are unable to offer reimbursement for the following items: bikes, products containing electronics, gift cards, batteries, oil, articles on liquidation and delivery fees.
Shipping Costs
Except in the case of a product return for a misdelivery or failure reported within 15 days, shipping charges are not refundable. The consumer bears the expense of returns, with the exception of products returned for misdelivery or malfunctions detected within 15 days. Any loss or damage that may occur during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We appreciate your use of our insured transport service. Please be aware that we will not accept C.O.D. return shipments.
Invoice
Before emotobykes.com can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
No packages will be accepted without an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an authorization number, contact us.
Method of Reimbursement
Once we receive the package and state that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the amount by the same method of payment you made your purchase with. An email will inform you of the operation. Expect a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement.
